AFAICT the action name is taked from a bundle (LBL_AutoSpec in o.n.m.ruby.railsprojects.ui#Bundle and 
o.n.m.ruby.rubyproject.ui#Bundle), so waiting for the response from the i18n team and marking this as incomplete for 
now.

Yes, this issue is not necessary. Please close it.

"AutoSpec" is not pseudo localized because "AutoSpec" should be "AutoSpec" in English,
no need to localize. To avoid unnecessary localization, g11n team defines it in the list.
