jpospisil, could you please try to traverse in the dialog by tab/ctrl+tab to verify the reported conflict? Thanks.

Well,I've safely reproduced the issue in M2 build.I'm however unable to reproduce it in latest trunk build,so I consider
it fixed and only this remains:

 No Accessible description :
