Are there any reasons why compiler and search results top components can not be
singletons, like standard output tab?
If not, please change them to be singletons, similarly like std output tab. And
instruct winsys to remember state of these top comps even in closed state (see
code in singleton() method for std output tab).
This will fix two issues, part of 17344 and 16250.

Compiler part fixed in main trunk.

I found out, that it will be necessary to change API to implement it 
for Search Results, which is not possible now (for 3.3) - suggested 
by Yarda.

There is enhancement for next version, which should solve this 
problem, so I'm closing this bug now.
