project properties -> run configuration -> run as remote web site 

Components with no LABEL_FOR pointing to it :
   Class: org.openide.explorer.view.TreeView$ExplorerTree {  Properties Category |  N/A }  [18,54]

Seems like the LABEL_FOR is set properly for org.openide.explorer.view.TreeView so that no need to have it for
ExplorerTree which is inside. Closing as INVALID.
