VM: Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM, 14.2-b01, Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment, 1.6.0_16-b01
OS: Windows XP, 5.1, x86

User Comments:
jasondonmoyer: I was trying to navigate (using the mouse) to another editor window.  Plugins were being installed in the background.


Maximum slowness yet reported was 17691 ms, average is 9313

The sfbq just delegates to spi => the issue category is invalid.
I've looked to some of the attached logs. One is obvious FOD, another is initialization of Libraries SFBQ for first time => WONTFIX.
Reassigning to performance to evaluate and assign issues on correct categories.
