[dev nov 5] S-F10 to open a popup does not work in the Output Window.
There appears to be code to set an action performer for PopupAction in
OutPane, but so far as I can tell it is not called. Probably
OutputTabTerm is missing this code. BTW in componentDeactivated please
check that the current performer is actually yours, before setting it
to null.
