Steps to reproduce:
- create Quote sample project
- start debugging
Result: On debugger toolbar "Step Into" is enabled as well as "Finish" and "Pause". If a user press "Step Into" then
Warning window appears with the message:
Cannot execute this Action while program is running.
Action ignored.
Issue Pause and reissue your Action.

move dbx related issues into dbx-gui component

This was in the binary dbx project of fall of 2009.
This works correctly in solstudio.
