Currently buildprocess of tests suppose that tested module is checked and 
built. For regural (e.g. daily) automated executing it's necessary to be able 
to just check tests (e.g. only openide/test) and build them agains already 
built IDE.

fixed. Now tests are compiled against module sources, jars or 
installed IDE according to xtest.code.classpath property.
