Product Version: NetBeans IDE Dev (Build cdev-1385-on-090911)
Java: 1.5.0_20; Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM 1.5.0_20-141
System: Mac OS X version 10.5.8 running on i386; MacRoman; en_US (nb)

I started IDE with clear userdir. When I log in to the kenai for the 1st time the checkbox "Online on Chat" is checked.
After I logout and try to log in for the second time then the checkbox is not checked.

I'd suggest:
1) Always offer 'Online on Chat' checkbox checked after IDE restart.
2) If the user logs out during IDE session and then logs in again, have the chekbox checked based on the last state when
he was logging out (i.e. whether he was on chat or not at that moment).
