Java: 1.5.0_20; Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM 1.5.0_20-141
System: Mac OS X version 10.5.8 running on i386; MacRoman; en_US (nb)

It is not possible to add link to Issue or File from keyboard because the editing area of Chat window doesn't release
focus to other components so that the Link Widget at the bottom-left corner is not available from keyboard.

It is now possible to invoke the menu with actions by Ctrl+L. Verified in:
