[ BUILD # : nbms-and-jav ]
[ JDK VERSION : 1.6.* ]

Open Java Platform Manager window (Tools > Java Platforms) and push 
'Remove' button for the blank list of Platforms. 
This throws an exception error.

- The exception error is observed whether some project is loaded or 
on emplt IDE window.
