Yesterday, I changed a file in external binaries
(core/release/lib/ext/crimson.jar) but no print in changelogs is present.

Besides this change need not be distributed to users, it contains patches
related to diagnostics of build process at f4jbuilder and nbbuilder machines and
does not work if used on different hosts.

I will consider publishing of extra binaries changelogs as far as it
might display non-public information.

Target milestone was changed from not determined to TBD

Will be automatic as part of scrambler system, since the extra bins
will be in cvs.netbeans.org.
