Need to change the JavaServer Faces item in the popup menu of faces-config files, per page 4 of the Java EE 6 UI review:

BTW, rather than "Insert", shouln't the action be called "Insert Code" (with Ctrl+I shortcut), to be consistent with
other files, e.g. Java?

fixed as in pdf. 
BTW the pic in pdf is wrong, because this popup item is for faces-config.xml, but not for xhtml files.
