[Nb Build 200110290100, jdk1.3.1, Linux]

a) Check XML, DTD are in the Text Editors' popups but Check CSS isn't.
b) If any errors are not found the Check XML, DTD display result into
   Output Window but Check CSS into main window's status bar.

CSS is a module for fans only.

This still has not been addressed in NB 4.0.
