Set embedded browser as default,open www.netbeans.org and try to download 6.7.1 + JavaFX bundle (Java config).
You'll see File Not Found page, instead of anything like download.

Issue isn't reproducible anymore.Decreasing priority and marking as RANDOM.

works fine for me, please reopen if reproducible with other download links on other sites

I think this could have been caused by some problem on netbeeans.org,so agree with closing.I'll try download from
different sites to confirm.
