In projects tab when user right click on the opened project the pop-up menu appears. In eg. java/c++ etc. projects we see:

- when there is no initialized VCS (mercurial etc.) submenu "Versioning" with options to initialize given VCS
- when project is under VCS control we see eg. Mercurial submenu with common options (commit etc.)

In UML project there is no such submenus, in this case user have to switch to "Files" tab and from that menu choose the
needed option. There is a need to enable the VCS submenu in UML projects.
