Guys, JIRA is a great issue tracking system and it's free for open source projects. Why netbeans.org is not using it? Or
if we still want to adhere to a FOSS solution, then why not use TRAC?

IMHO both Jira and TRAC are much much better than bugzilla or even the custom issuezilla that is used here?

Am I the only one shouting like this?

the bugtracking component in netbeans issue is only meant to track issues related to the bugtracking support in netbeans. 

a probably better place to discuss JIRA (Truc) vs the current state could be some of the mailing lists at 
http://www.netbeans.org/community/lists/top.html
