PHP app from remote server wizard: 

Page 3 (remote configuration) does not scale and some of the controls are out of visible area when the resulting URL
address is too long.

Out of scope Wizards infrastructure, the Wizards infra cannot help here. Each panel producer has to care about a smart sizing of panels.
