Both the term and purpose of "initial directory" field in the connection setup available from the "PHP app from remote
server" wizard are confusing, undescriptive and can be easily misunderstood. 

The wizard needs better explanation of how the resulting FTP address is constructed (connection part + project specific
part)

This P3 Defect blocks P4 RFE => making RFE also
