PHP Application from remote server wizard: 

If fetching remote files fails, the wizard pops up an error message (or not, depending on why the files could not be
fetched) and finishes anyway. This causes problems when the user entered incorrect data 
and is left in a weird semi-state - with an empty PHP project, without the sources they wanted to have access to and
without clear explanation what has happened.

This can result in a lenghty process of deleting the new project and restarting the wizard from scratch.
