Description kawazu428 2009-07-27 20:40:17 UTC
Workspace environment: "folder-of-projects" group, 55 mvn2 projects, a couple of pom.xmls and "Start Page" opened.
Starting the IDE, I clicked a few "system slowness" messages, played around a little with a database connector (SAP
MaxDB) and then tried to navigate into some maven2 project - just to see the IDE lock up. Thread dump attached, heap
dump available (though a little large...). It is somewhat reproducible as it happened earlier several times using this
build (i.e. having the IDE started, being somewhere in the office dealing with other things and then being back to the
desktop trying to browse projects). Not sure what's causing it...

Build used: netbeans-trunk-nightly-200907270201-java.zip

At the firt sight looks like locked in apisupport - reassigning for evaluation.

Well, I don't understand why is default RP thread waiting for mutex of which it is the sole owner, but this seems to be
caused by fix of issue #168874. Jardo, please evaluate, otherwise I'll revert main #c759aee432d6, as this seems to be
more serious than #168874.
