When creating a method, when using the keyboard exclusively: [enter] set method name [ctrl+right] type method parameter
[ctrl+right, ctrl+shift-right] to select current parameter type, then when I hit a key on the keyboard to replace the
type it deselects instead of replacing the highlighted text.
