The table in the issue tracker UI does not deal nicely with screen real estate (see attachment). 

It should resize automatically to fit the width of the enclosing top component as good as possible. It's ok if there's a
minimal size for the table columns, but right now the whole table seems to be fixed width. That means you have to scroll
even when everything would easily fit the window.
