Updating the VWP/Woodstock Components to Version 4.3 - Build 7 is not possible.

I tried to install the 4.3 NBM's as described in http://www.netbeans.org/kb/60/web/updatewoodstock.html

An error-dialog is displayed after installing 'Timeout while Loading Complib
API[org.netbeans.modules.visualweb.complib.api/1.6]' 

Furthermore the compilation of Woodstock NB plugin / module (as described under 'Building the Plugins Yourself' in url
above) isn't possible, due to the following compile errors:

V:\NetBeans 6.7\harness\suite.xml:169: The following error occurred while executing this line:
V:\NetBeans 6.7\harness\build.xml:165: No dependent module org.netbeans.modules.visualweb.libs.commons.beanutils
