I installed the Portal Pack 3.0.1 websynergy plugins after newly installing 6.7rc3 and the post installion dialog is frozen. Message in the dialog: The Plugin Installer found problem timeout of loading WebSpace/Liferay Palette[org.netbeans.modules.portalpack.websynergy.palette/1.0.1.1] while install the following plugins: (See attached screen cap for entire thing.)

In the first screen cap (of the dialog), you can see that I can't even undo the selection where I tried to capture the text in the dialog. In the second screen cap (of the entire desktop), you can see that there'a repaint/rendering issue where the NB MDI frame is still holding the image from my PuTTY console. I had to kill the NB process in TaskMgr to get out of this funk.
Let me also add that I was installing plugins while the "Project Scanning" was going on. The scan had gone on long enough and did not look like it was going to stop (see bug 166962). Finally it stopped after twenty minutes or so and still the dialog would not close.
Can you try installing Portal Pack 3.0.2 websynergy bundle with NB 6.7 RC3 ? Not sure if this problem is related to Portal Pack.
Installed PortalPack 3.0.2 on 6.7 release (not RC) with no problems.
