To make them easier to edit, XTest config files should have a declared
DTD. Please decide on a public ID, publish such a DTD somewhere
(preferably www/www/dtds/), and include an entry in
www/www/dtds/catalog so that tools (like M-x xml-mode) using the
catalog file can find the DTD automatically on local disk.

Fixed. DTD was added to www/www/dtds and also entry into catalog, all
cfg files were updated accordingly.
