Description Jesse Glick 2009-06-19 15:34:21 UTC
See

and

http://www.netbeans.org/nonav/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=42683#desc28

There are apparently use cases for deep, crosslinked projects of Java EE type. The fix for j2seproject could be ported
to these project types.
Comment 1 Andrey Yamkovoy 2009-11-13 04:44:08 UTC
Not planned for 6.8.
Comment 2 cwl999 2013-06-03 10:35:24 UTC
A JEE project that I'm working on is starting to exponentially take longer to build. Each new EJB project added to the EAR and dependant on a parent shared jar increases the build time.

Any ETA on a future build?
Comment 3 David Konecny 2013-06-03 23:25:16 UTC
Sorry, no imminent plans to implement this.
Comment 4 Jesse Glick 2013-06-04 11:07:13 UTC
Note that Maven projects are unaffected, only legacy Ant-based projects.
Comment 5 Martin Balin 2016-07-07 08:55:50 UTC
This old bug may not be relevant anymore. If you can still reproduce it in 8.2 development builds please reopen this issue.

Thanks for your cooperation,
