While open source XML module development continues from Forte's XML module
sources it is important to declare, that current XML module can import settings
from old Forte's XML module releases (FFJ 2.0, FFJ 3.0).

Still problems with first start because of IllegalArgumentException 
is thrown (#17295).

Remain unresolved restoring of text editor settings. [XMLSettings,
NodeViewType and TreeNodeFilter are correctly deserialized.]

Editor settings, particurarly editor coloring to token names mapping
fixed.
