Looks lie there is a problem with jython finding the java path; For reasons best known it itself it looks for /usr/java/jdk1.6.0/bin/java which doesn't exist on my machine. Netbeans know very well that the default java path is /usr/java/latest. The python addon should be able to figure this out.
