Description Jiri Kovalsky 2001-10-17 17:12:30 UTC
Development build #200110170100 of NetBeans 3.3 on Windows 2000 with JDK 1.3.1

Description:
============
It is not possible to mount CVS filesystem using :server: connection method thr-
ough CVS wizard because it doesn't enable "Next >" button if "User Name" is not
specified. Please disable this textfield. The workaround is to use Generic VCS
wizard.

Steps to reproduce:
===================
1. Invoke "Versioning|Mount Version Control|CVS" item from the main menu.
2. Setup some working directory and push "Next >" button once or twice to get to
   "Connection Method" panel.
3. Select "Server" option and fill out "Server Name" and "Repository" fields.
4. You will see that "Next >" button will be disabled.

Fixed in build 10/18.
Comment 2 Jiri Kovalsky 2001-10-19 09:37:55 UTC
Reopening because of leaving '@' character in CVSROOT textfield when
server connection method is selected. This is very minor issue and
therefore lowering priority to P5.
Trying to verify in development build of NetBeans 3.3 #200110190100.
Comment 3 Martin Entlicher 2001-10-19 10:44:37 UTC
Yes, I have overlooked it.
Comment 4 Martin Entlicher 2001-10-19 10:47:41 UTC
Fixed in build 10/22.
Comment 5 Jiri Kovalsky 2001-10-22 12:35:33 UTC
Cool. '@' character is hidden if no user name is specified. Verified
in development build of NetBeans 3.3 #200110220100.

Resolved for 3.4.x or earlier, no new info since then -> closing.
