[dev33 build #200110170100; last JDK1.4 ]
1.Run IDE with clean userdir in SDI mode, Uninstall the project module and 
install it again
2.In console there will be new java.io.IOException (see attached ide.log)
Notice: this is only on JDK1.4, maybe it is related to issue #15944.

Now I am not able to reproduce this issue (e.g. todays build 
#200111280300 doesn't contain this issue).

It is probably problem with switching (removing) project layer during
disabling project module. I reassign it to Vita so he can investigate it.

Yes, everything works for me ok now, closing as worksforme. Probably
fixed with other changes done to code when project module is being
disabled.

Resolved for 3.4.x or earlier, no new info since then -> closing.
