Occurred in build 200805180201
Steps to reproduce:
- create Welcome project
- clean and build it
- run the project (using external terminal or Default) 
Result: RUN FAILED
Cannot run program "cmd.exe" (in directory "'C:\working\nb_trunk_working\Welcome_3'"): CreateProcess error=267, ???????
?????? ??? ?????Process is started in an external terminal ...

If we switch to Output window we can run only some programs e.g. Welcome but before the execution we get in the Output
window a red line:
/usr/bin/sh: line 4: cd: /cygdrive/C/Program Files/NetBeans Dev 200905180201/'C:/working/nb_trunk_working/Welcome_4': No
such file or directory

Obviously this error comes from the profiler as if we switch the profiler off mentioned line does not appear. 

BTW, Some programs e.g. Fractal never finishes !!!
