Aptana got a little "CSS color" button at the top of the current editor window. When you click it, it shows a color
palette, that when picking the color, will automatically insert it in the code. This is REALLY useful! And Aptana also
shows the current color for the selection (for example, #bd019a is selected), the color will be shown in the color picker.
On Aptana is works everywhere, like css files, php files, html, etc. 
Currently Netbeans code the style builder, which is ok, but only work on CSS files.

This old bug may not be relevant anymore. If you can still reproduce it in 8.2 development builds please reopen this issue.
