Build: \\thumper\50builds\gfesb\v2.1\main\nightly\20090420-0723

Some issues are returned with 5 of the XSLT editor screens when running the a11y tool with the above build.

(please attached screen as well as the 508 run results)

SOA is no longer available in the NetBeans IDE so we are not going to fix this problem. Closing accordingly.
