1. I added a remote compiler in C/C++ settings
2. My local system uses UTF-8, and remote uses KOI8-R. Russian names of the mounted files are displayed incorrectly
3. I'd wish to have a setting of remote filesystem encoding

Please check NB 6.9 beta or the upcoming 6.9 RC1. There has been significant effort to handle charset differences correctly.
Feel free to reopen this bug if you can reproduce the problem.
