This occurs on build 200904280201 jdk7b55.

At http://wiki.netbeans.org/TS_61_FilesAndProjectsView Test suite: Drag and drop 6. Try forbidden DnD - .class file it
is possible to drag and drop .class from jar file to source package.

Reproducible on: 
  Product Version         = NetBeans IDE 6.7.1 (Build 200907230233)
  Operating System        = Linux version 2.6.28-15-generic running on i386
  Java; VM; Vendor        = 1.6.0_16; Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM 14.2-b01; Sun Microsystems Inc.
  Runtime                 = Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment 1.6.0_16-b01

Looks like its relatively safe issue > P4.

This old bug may not be relevant anymore. If you can still reproduce it in 8.2 development builds please reopen this issue.
