Netbeans build 20011009

CallStack view should scroll to make current call site sign
(small green arrow) visible.

Steps to reproduce:
-------------------
1. Force the debugger to stop on examples.advanced.MemoryView:98.
2. Invoke Go To Calling method several times.
3. The current call site sign will go out of the visible area
   of the CallStack view.

Probably almost impossible to implement with current APIs. Does not sound like
an important issue, scheduling for future.
