Open "Profiler" window. Goto "Combined" tab. Call context menu on "Hot Spots" part. "Find in call tree" item is disabled
always.

"Find in Call Tree" is only enabled if the automatic selection synchronization between "Call Tree" and "Hot Spots" parts
is off (otherwise it doesn't make sense). Use toolbar icon to disable the synchronization.
