Nowdays P5 actually means "will not fix", so make it clear if so.

We do fix P5s as well as the others, just do the query on fixed P5.

Let it be P4 (minor usability problem) according to 
http://wiki.netbeans.org/BugPriorityGuidelines

This is not usability problem but pretty visible. I agree this is P4 if all pages
aligned same way not some on them.

Looks like the problem with "Advanced View" checkbox layout.
With ergonomics turned off I can`t reproduce the issue.

Sorry for hassle caused by my checkbox. However Ondřej promised to move the Advanced Mode checkbox to more natural 
place as part of changes suggested in issue 163411 and as such this bug does not need much special resolution, imho.

That should be fixed as the part of the fix to Issue 163411.
