Transformmap editor does not clean up code completely when items from ‘Tree’ view are cleaned up.

To reproduce:

1)Open the attached project.
2)Open the Transformmap editor
3)Delete all nodes from ‘Tree’ view.
4)Save All
5)Go to ‘Source’ view and notice that some left over codes are not yet cleaned up.
