To speed up editor operation someone want to disable all options in Options/editor/setting panes.
I try this, disable all and see that java and jsf sources are still validated, highlihted, error got highlighting ...
so editor still got pauses sometimes.

Editor settings need option to disable all features validations/highlights for performace improve.

BTW. Editors in current Netbeans 6.5.1 and 6.7 are still much slower than Eclipse.
