Found using GlassFish ESB v2.1 nightly build (Build 20090410-0721) installed on Windows XP.

When testing Binding Wizard plugged into CASA Editor, I invoked the dialog for a binding component with multiple 
operations configured. The dialog does allow the user to select the operation they'd like to configure from a drop-
dwon menu, but the dialog itself is missing a title. Dialog titles should not be blank.
