In our Rails project, we have an Item model in app/models/item.rb, and a lot of 3rd party classes in vendor/plugin and vendor/rails which are also named 
Item.

When I do Open Type and type "item", I want my own class in 9 out of 10 cases. 

However, my own class occurs near the bottom of the list.

Please consider ranking application files (app/*, lib/*) higher than 3rd party files (vendor/*) in Rails projects.
