JBI Manager currently uses custom extension APIs that a component may choose to support at its convenience.

For example, most older BCs developed in-house (Http BC, File BC, JMS BC, etc.) support these extensions even today. The
SEs however do not. It all depends on whether the component uses componentsl, or the newer commonutil library.

JBI Manager no longer depends on component custom extension APIs.

Verified with the latest build it is working fine.
