  Java; VM; Vendor        = 1.6.0_03; Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM 1.6.0_03-b05; Sun Microsystems Inc.
  Runtime                 = Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment 1.6.0_03-b05

Steps to reproduce:

- Install NB 6.5.1
- Try installing JavaFX plugin

There is a message on the NetBeans IDE Installer dialog

  Some plugins require plugin org.netbeans.modules.javafx.fxd to be installed.

  The plugin org.netbeans.modules.javafx.fxd is requested in version 1.5.

  The following plugin is affected: 
   JavaFX Kit

I think I've announced that fxd module is temporary removed from builds (until Pavel makes necessary fixes) so this is
expected behavior. Everything else should work.

But it does not work.
I choose JavaFX Kit, JavaFX SDK and JavaFX Weather Sample modules. I pressed the install button and I unable to install
these plugins without the  fxd module.
