Start ide, open options and change Global compiler and executor over java
sources both to Internal. Check if the change is propagated in the properties
window for files in the sampledir. Restart ide. Now check the options dialog and
the global compiler and executor, you will see that there are old global values
presented allthought the layers say that the project values are used instead of
the global ones.
