Steps to reproduce:
- open java file
- right click into Editor pane
-> nothing happens, popup menu doesn't shown

The same behaviour for both jdk[1.3.1/1.4] .
It works fine with Solaris/SUN. 
After right click on tab (file) in Editor (open 2 files) popup showned, the same
after right click into Explorer or Form designer.

verified in [nb_dev](20011002) on [jdk1.3.1](01) and [jdk1.4](81)

Resolved for 3.3.x or earlier, no new info since then -> closing.
