Do not use boldface to indicate running builds; use " (running)" annotation in gray.

Remove All Jobs and view nodes. Show all jobs directly by default. Use " (in queue)" as needed. Offer view switching as
a radio button (would affect the instance node label).

Show individual builds of a job as subnodes and move Show Console/Tests/Changes actions to build subnodes.

Display build artifacts in a file tree below build nodes.
