Step to recreate:
1. Go to New File | ESB | Binding
2. Choose a Binding type like SCHEDULER
3. Since no triggers are initially defined, you'll get an error message on the bottom "One or more triggers must be 
defined for this scheduler"
4. Select Back
5. Observe error message area is now blank but if you hover cursor there, tool tip remain as stated above

This old bug may not be relevant anymore. If you can still reproduce it in 8.2 development builds please reopen this issue.
