Mnemonics are missing in all fields of Find Issues panel and also in other UI panels of this module. These mnemonics
should be provided by X-design so that assigning this issue to olangr.

Mnemonics have been added into main windows (QueryPanel and IssuePanel). So, closing this general issue as fixed. 
Please, fill separate issues for remaining problems.

Note that some components in QueryPanel and IssuePanel do not have mnemonics. This cannot be fixed because these panels 
contain more components than letters in the english alphabet.
